What to Expect

Sunday morning service begins at 10 am.  Monday night service begins at 6:30 pm. Plan to arrive a little early if you want to enjoy refreshments in the C3 Café. Also, if you wish to take Communion (The Lord's Supper), you may do so before each Sunday morning and Monday night service.

At Christ Community Church, the atmosphere is warm and dress code is casual.  As you enter Twin Lakes Plaza shopping mall at the side entrance across the parking lot from the new Baxter Cinema, you will be welcomed by our friendly greeters.  They will direct you either to the C3 Café for refreshments, to the children’s ministry check-in table, or to the worship center.

Arrangements for Children

During our Sunday morning service, we have a nursery and toddler’s class for children birth to 3 years old.  Infants and toddlers can be dropped off before the morning worship service.  Children 4 years old through the 5th grade initially go with their parents to the adult worship service.  They are dismissed for KIDSLife before the message.  Children in 6th grade and higher remain with their parents in the adult worship service.

All nursery age children must be checked in before church at the check-in station outside the nursery.

On Monday night, childcare is available, but only for birth - 3 years old

Worship Service

We have our worship services in a comfortable 450-seat worship center.  Our service features the latest worship music from contemporary Christian artists, as well as contemporary renditions of classic hymns, and frequently incorporates video and live drama.   Our worship service is led by Patrick Grissom, our Worship Pastor, and a talented group of band members and vocalists.  A skilled tech team supports our worship team using state-of-the-art technology.

The Message

David Johnson, our Senior Pastor, brings a message each week.  David has a passion for preaching.  His messages are biblical, practical, and designed to clearly communicate important spiritual truths to people in a variety of life circumstances.  You can meet David and his wife, Roxy, after our worship service as you leave the mall.

We take an offering each Sunday during our morning worship service.  Visitors are welcome to participate in the offering if they feel led to do so, but it is not expected.  If you have filled out a contact card, you can place your contact card in the offering basket. On Monday night, you may leave an offering in the boxes as you exit the worship center.  You can also give online securely via the link below in your lower right-hand corner.
